Training & Classes

No. Our classes are designed for all skill levels, including complete beginners. We'll walk you through everything step by step. You just need to show up.
Comfortable clothing you can move in. Athletic wear and sneakers work best. No special equipment or gear is needed.
Most sessions run 1.5 to 2 hours.
Women's self-defense classes are open to ages 12 and up. The Shielded Program is designed specifically for middle and high school girls (ages 12 to 17). Mother-daughter sessions welcome pairs of all ages.
Classes are held in Greenfield, Indiana. The specific location is shared when you register. For campus talks and speaking engagements, we travel to your venue.

Every class covers situational awareness, prevention strategies, and hands-on physical defense techniques. You'll practice real scenarios and leave with practical skills you can use in everyday life. Every participant also receives a free self-defense tool to take home.
No. While the training is physical, it's not a workout class. The focus is on learning practical defense skills, not exercise. You don't need to be in any particular physical shape to participate.
Absolutely. Many participants sign up with a friend, sister, or family member. Training with someone you know can make the experience even better.

Yes. Every conversation, case, and piece of documentation is handled with strict confidentiality from the first phone call to the final report. Your privacy is our standard.

Yes. Misty Moore is a licensed Private Investigator in the State of Indiana with over a decade of law enforcement and investigative experience.
Yes. We provide investigative support for attorneys including witness location, evidence gathering, background research, and trial preparation documentation. All work is conducted to evidentiary standards.
