What to Expect in a LONA Training Session
Practical, Hands-On Instruction
Every class is built around real-world scenarios. You'll practice actual defense techniques, not just watch demonstrations. You leave with skills you can use.
Qualified Instruction
All training is led by a certified instructor with over a decade of law enforcement experience and a background as a School Resource Officer. You're learning from someone who has been in the field.
A Supportive Environment
Our classes are welcoming to everyone, from first-timers to experienced participants. There's no judgment, no pressure, and no one gets left behind.
More Than Physical Defense
Situational awareness, prevention strategies, and the confidence to trust your instincts are just as important as physical techniques. We cover all of it.
