2. Self-Defense Training Disclaimer
Participation in self-defense training involves inherent physical risk. By enrolling, you acknowledge:
You are voluntarily participating
You assume all risks of injury
You release Lona Defense Group from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law
Training is for educational and defensive purposes only and does not guarantee personal safety outcomes.
3. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee:
Specific self-defense outcomes
Prevention of harm
Outcomes of any private investigation
4. Private Investigation Services
Services are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and licensing requirements
We do not engage in illegal activities
Findings are based on available information and are not guaranteed
5. Payments & Refunds
Payment is required prior to services unless otherwise agreed
Refund policies:
Training classes: [24-hour notification to move to a different class]
PI services: retainers are non-refundable once work has begun
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of Lona Defense Group and may not be used without permission.
7. Code of Conduct (Classes)
We reserve the right to remove participants from training for:
Unsafe behavior
Disruptive conduct
Failure to follow instructor guidance
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lona Defense Group is not liable for:
Injuries sustained during training
Misuse of self-defense techniques
Decisions made based on investigative findings
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lona Defense Group from any claims arising from your use of services.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
