Self-defense for young women in high school and college. In this 2-hour session, participants build real-world awareness, prevention strategies, and hands-on defense skills that create lasting confidence.

Every participant receives a LONA self-defense keychain included with registration.

Led by Misty Moore — certified instructor, licensed Private Investigator, and former School Resource Officer with over a decade of law enforcement experience.

No experience required. Comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers recommended.
